Fear Is Excitment Without Breath

One of the best things I have ever heard is this:

“Fear is excitement without breath”

We live in a world that is fearful – where fear is used to control and manipulate.  From Religion to Politics to Finance.  Institutions, organizations, churches and ideologies are using fear on us all the time.

With that in mind, let’s look at fear for just a minute.  It has a tendency to make people protective, isolated and defensive.  To be blocked from creativity and the use of our actual intelligence.

This is the down side because it creates intolerance, blind obedience, bigotry and in the end, self loathing.  But, this does not need to be!!

Remember, fear is a natural human trait and it can be used for personal good.  Simply taking a breath when you feel fear reduces it and allows for expanded use of our other faculties.  Furthermore, fear can be a source for energy and motivation to creatively get things done.

The Flame of Ishtar™ has been used and appears to work to reduce the debilitating aspects of fear and allow the energy generated to be used effectively.
